Clémence leads on the fundraising for the Trust, managing our existing funder relationships and developing new sources and opportunities of funding and collaborations to support our work across the globe.
Before joining the Trust, Clémence worked as a Grant Manager for Global Witness, an investigative, campaigning organisation that exposes how the industries fuelling the climate crisis profit from destruction and stands with the people fighting back. Prior to this, she also worked as the Projects and Partnerships Development Officer for Minority Rights Group International. She has over ten years of experience working in the international non-for-profit sector as a fundraiser and grant coordinator, during which she has also provided fundraising trainings for minority and indigenous rights activists. She has a background in international law and intersectional discriminations.
