Glenroy is based in Jamaica and and provides the Trust with regional expertise and technical assistance to our work supporting partners in the English-speaking Caribbean.

Glenroy also leads the Equality for All Foundation/J-FLAG, the foremost LGBTQ+ rights organization in Jamaica, and tutors Constitutional, Criminal and Human Rights Law at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. Glenroy is a 2018/2019 Chevening Scholar, a 2022 Nominee for the Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Excellence, the Americas Representative on The Commonwealth Equality Network (TCEN) Management Committee and a Board Member of ILGA North America & the Caribbean.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the UWI Mona, a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School and a Master of Laws in Law, Development and Globalisation from the School of Oriental and African Studies in the University of London.
