Charlotte oversees the Trust’s fundraising efforts by managing the support of our current donors as well as developing and implementing our fundraising strategy to acquire new donors from trusts and foundations, companies, and private donors in particular to fund our vital work.

Charlotte has over ten years of experience working in fundraising for organisations in the international development sector including War Child, Save the Children, Plan International, Mercy Corps and WaterAid. Her background is in corporate fundraising. She has secured several long term six and seven figure sum strategic partnerships from companies such as L’Oréal, Reckitt Benckiser, Twinings and Unilever, as well as from corporate foundations such as the Zurich Foundation, the Wimbledon Foundation, the Costa Foundation and the Orange Foundation.

She has a BA in English and American Language, Literature and Civilisation from the Sorbonne University in Paris, an MA in Conflict, Security and Development from Kings College London and an MSc in NGOs and Development from the London School of Economics. Charlotte is also a Trustee at Pan Intercultural Arts, an organisation using arts for social change.
