Before joining the Trust, Naomi Lumsdaine was employed as a Principal Lawyer at the Equality and Human Rights Commission undertaking strategic human rights litigation and providing technical legal support for international human rights monitoring and parliamentary work. She has a history of supporting marginalised groups in the justice system through her former work at the Prisoners’ Advice Service, and as a barrister specialising in public law and criminal defence work.
